You have a choice of fresh or smoked kielbasa or smoked Slovenian sausage, and you can load it up with saukraut, onions, and brown mustard. The natural casing sausages have a nice crunch to them. As long as you crave garlic, sauerkraut, and sausages (and love to burp it back) then this is the place for you.
The sandwich menu includes more than just sausage. There are a variety of subs, including a Polish sub that includes kielbasa loaf and praski. There are also daily specials and soups.
It's take out only, and has a limited selection of drinks. However, it is also a full butcher shop, so there's plenty of other things to buy and enjoy later.February 22, 2017
